My Pledge on the Economy:

Cut corporate taxes and streamline rules to make us the most attractive place to start a business. We’ve got office space for IT and Web start-ups. Business brings jobs, revenue, consumer spending – economic growth. Natural resources can become an energy export. Let’s get Idaho working again!

My Pledge on Education:

Find low-cost resources to help teachers improve student performance. Bring teachers, parents, and students together from our District, finding talent from recent college graduates and advanced high school students to help younger students. Simply throwing more money at the problem is not working. We need new solutions.

My Pledge on Spending:

Idaho is cash-strapped. For education, we’re relying too much on the federal government. What if they stop sending money? For the economy, we’re adding rules that cost companies money, hurting their expansion and preventing start-ups. I will do more with less, making us more self-sufficient. I will not waste one penny of the District 17 voters’ money.

My Pledge on Ethics:

I promise not to favor any one group over another. All will get a fair hearing on their concerns. But at the end of the day, I plan to represent all of District 17, not just some of the groups.
